Mettam's Pool

Had a swim and picnic on the beach at Mettam's Pool today - I believe that the sharks - and there were two in the water today - cant get in over that reef! Fingers crossed!

Off to meet the Queen ...

Since we missed her in Cork recently, we made a big effort to catch a glipmse of the Queen of England who is in Perth this weekend for the CHOGM meeting - Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting - (or Chaps Holidaying on Government Money!).

Security was tight on Riverside Drive as we waited for the motorcade as she went off to the airport at the end of her visit to Australia and Perth.
