New 12th green
The course workers continue to build the new 12th green - with intriguing looking bunkers on the left - at 7.00 am as the sun comes up like thunder for another glorious day in the high 30's - yes, we're having a hot summer!

Chookery
Mags and Hugh are off in Sydney for a week so George and I are chicken-sitting. As of Friday, all chicks were alive and well!

West Coast rambles on the bikes ..
... early summer mornings are a combination of walking, cycling and swimming along the coast. We've been having very hot weather - reaching up to 40 degrees in the afternoons, but the mornings are lovely and fresh .. in the mid to high 20's ... if you get out early enough ... like 6.30 am! I have a tee-off time at 6.30 am for Tuesday ...
