Public transport in Perth

I went on a big adventure today. George went off to golf at 6.00 am this morning with Kar and I was invited to a party in east Perth, so I went on the bus and the train. The bus comes right outside our village and goes to the train station in Joondalup - 15 mins. The train takes 30 mins to get to the city centre in Perth. The cost? $1.80 for a one-way ticket which covers both the bus and the train.
The city centre is pedestrianised.
