WA Opera Company

We went to see/hear the WA Opera Cpmpany's production of Verdi's Falstaff on Saturday night with Mags and Hugh. Two of Hugh's JSR colleagues were in the chorus. With the WASO Chorus and WASO orchestra, it was a full production. Very impressive. Excellent singing, playing, acting, sets and costumes. And tonight we saw 'Cave of Forgotten Dreams', a movie documentary about a 30,000 year old cave with paintings of animals in south France which was discovered in 1994..the oldest discovered caves in the world - about twice as old as those in Lascaux which George and I saw a few years ago near Bordeaux. Fascinating.
