One of the big benefits of living in a village like this is that the management take care of all the outside concerns. At the moment all of the outside of the apartments are being painted as part of an ongoing maintenance procedure. Ours is getting the treatment this week. We also have had a visit from the termite hunters. They gave us the all-clear.
