Clare and I have been rehearsing a few pieces to play for our friends and families. Clare is a most remarkable lady. She was awarded ALCM in 1928 at age 12 having had three years of piano lessons. She loves playing the piano and still manages to play very well in spite of the infirmities of age. We plan to play at the next St Ives Friday concert.
