Mt Lawley team

I played my first match for Mt Lawley today. We played against Lake Karrinyup team. I was No 1 on the team of 6 players. I gave one shot in the match and won the match on the 16th hole, 4/2. It was a good match. I won four of the first five holes but was brought back to level after 12. I won the next four in level par to win the match. Jane Whelan caddied for me. Originally from Dublin she has been enjoying Perth for many years. She is an experienceed golfer and was a great support. I will caddy for her next Monday in Cottesloe club.
Sadly, our team lost the game 4/2. Our next game is in Lake Karrinyup on April 9th. Unlike these events in Ireland, the series is not knock-out. Its aggregate of 6 matches.
