Allegri Orchestra concert on Sunday
Today my orchestra played in the Cottesloe Civic Centre at 3.00 pm - on the coast. We were joined by wind soloists from WASO (oboe, French Horn and Bassoon) to play Bach Brandenburg No 3, Mozart Symphony No 25, and Mozart Sinfonia Concertante. There ws a large audience - appreciative even! Afternoon tea was served at the interval. It all went extremely well. And we get to do it all next Sunday again in St Partick's Church. Mt Lawley. It's lovely to play an orchestra concert in the afternoon on a sunny day. Very relaxing - ev en when you have a lot of notes to play. I played 1st violin today.
